Is there a way to create a section in the template to roll up FYIs from members that do not create an action but are consolidated in the weekly report? These FYIs would not carry to following week or require completion. Thanks.

tasks moving to the next week

Tasks that are not completed from one week, don't seem to transfer to the next week.

I think this is an essential feature, because I don't want to keep entering it in from week to week.

This is all task that are not completed. I.e. To-do, on hold, etc.

Settings -> Template Permission issue

Hi,

Just noticed that the Settings -> Template page can be accessed (haven't tried modifying it) by any team member by going to the URL posted on your blog:

https://weekdone.com/settings?tab=template

I assume that only the group creator should have access to it.

Do we have an option to input more items/categories and tasks from Asana. Not just completed tasks?

Team Weekly Scores

With the new multiple report system (THANK YOU!), weekly scores for other teams I belong to are calculating using my score for separate/unrelated my own managers' team score. Each team should be scored based on their own unique reports for that team, not as a sum of the members' overall activity (including their performance in other reports). Not sure if that's making any sense.

timestamps wrong - still

Hi, even after setting up email schedule and timezone settings. Timestamps are still way off, both for "next report to be sent" dashboard notification and on comments.

Items ordered and reordered by priority

I'd like to be able to order items I assign to team by priority. That is, the order in which the items appear is the order of importance.

Currently, I can't reorder the items (by dragging and dropping) once I've entered them. However, there usually are things that should be worked on before other things. I don't mind if there is no order number shown but I'd like to be able to rearrange the items.
