Can managers (not just admin) customize their own team reports?
In the new multiple reports (matrix team) environment, can managers customize their own team's report? Currently it appears as though only system admin can customize reports.

Only company admins can customize the template, since there are yet no team-based template. The whole company shares one template today.
The option to have different templates for different teams is under development.
