Integrate with Salesforce

I'd love to see Salesforce integration much like the JIRA connection.

Hi Trey,

Thank you for the suggestion. Could you tell us, what exactly would you like to import from Salesforce, eg what fields, items and objects? What would become plans, what progress?

This is on our roadmap but no certain decision on timeline has been made.

Best regards,

Juri @ Weekdone

Namely, cases.  It would be great to have my team be able to list all the cases they completed this week. Even just a number (X distributed cases, X open cases, X closed cases).  Then also, similar to how the JIRA functionality works, allow them to "select" a case if they need to bring it up as a point of discussion.

It'd be Tasks and Events for us. We also have custom project management objects so enabling custom objects through their API would be great.
For me it would be great to be able to pull across the updates and activities from salesforce by user to weekdone.
Thanks for the suggestion. You can connect Salesforce to Weekdone using a service called Zapier, where you can build special rules for imports. See the triggers on page https://zapier.com/zapbook/salesforce/ - these can be the Salesforce updates when they are created get added to Weekdone.

The link to connect Weekdone to Zapier is this: https://zapier.com/developer/invite/14475/cf89dde7054345b69dd7054e602e7a69/
