Hi Stephanie,

Could you describe more in detail what you mean by importing projects? As we understand, a project in Asana is a group of tasks. Those tasks should be importable from Asana to Weekdone already today. Is the project heading adding something in that sense to Weekdone?

Could you give an example of importing a project and how you'd like it then to show up in Weekdone?

We are currently improving Asana imports in Weekdone and could definitely look into this.

Sorry about this, we were temporarily showing difference to GMT time there. Should be fixed and now if your timezone is correct under Settings, the timing should be right as well.

Which browser are you using, or are you using our iOS app?
Is it the initial happiness score clicking that's not working, or later on changing it to another score?
When you hover above a star and click it, what exactly happens?
If you click and then wait a bit, does the star change color then? The color changes once the rating has been saved on our server and sometimes on slower connections that might take some time, up to a second or so.

Thanks for the nice words! :)
Regarding the last issue, answered under another issue as well, that this is separate and no other data than users happiness gets shared across teams in score calculations.

We are still unable to replicate this. Which comment is it that does not delete, is it a comment under another users item, your own item or under person's weekly review?

Actually all team scores take into account only the data posted under that team. We do not sum the activity across teams if one person belongs to multiple teams and has multiple reports. The only thing that gets shared across teams is weekly happiness.

Only company admins can customize the template, since there are yet no team-based template. The whole company shares one template today.

The option to have different templates for different teams is under development.

Hi Giselle,

Today a new version of Weekdone went up that allows one person to have multiple reports, each visible for different team. Just add a person to multiple teams as member and they will have multiple reports, each of them respective to the team. If you then make one of the teams visible to team members only - usually that is the management team - only people there will see the report. Please test it out and let us know how it goes, and if there are any other requests on that side. We are still considering the per-item privacy/permissions as well, there are some issues how to make that simple and if the multi-report and multi-team already handle this well enough.

Coming up next is for each team to have different categories / questions, a different template. That's what Trey asked for originally in this thread. Hopefully it will go live in coming weeks as well.

Third thing coming soon is different reporting weekday for different teams. That means lower level teams could report let's say Friday evening, and managers then to the CEO or management team on Monday.

These 3 things should Weekdone much better for larger or matrix teams.

Best regards,

Juri @ Weekdone

This is also one of the things in our development pipeline and we hope to get to it soon. We will allow importing open tasks from Asana and in the case of Atlassian JIRA reporting also other statuses than currently implemented resolved / closed.

Hi Giselle,

We got to the point in development last week that the first version of PDF/print export got done on our internal development side and will go live soon.
