Thanks for the bug report, this is fixed now!

Jesse, this was improved now and should not happen anymore. All "Move to" dropdowns should work well and there should be no more double popups. Please check. If it still happens, could you e-mail us you browser name, version and OS so we could investigate further.

Hi, and sorry for the inconvenience! Can you please try reloading the page to update the new styles (Shift+F5) a few times to see if this helps.

Hi,

if you have input the Asana API key and pressed "Connect Asana to import items" button, and selected the workspaces from which to import items, there are 2 options:

1) to automatically import the tasks to your report, enable the checkbox "Import tasks automatically" in the same settings page

2) to manually import the items (so you are able to choose which items to import and which not), leave the checkbox unmarked - in your report form will appear next to the title "Progress" a button called "Import", which allows you to scroll through the list of Asana items that are marked as "closed, non-archived"

Please refer to our blog post about importing items http://blog.weekdone.com/generate-asana-reports/

If that doesn't help can you e-mail us at hello@weekdone.com so we can give more instructions and see what's wrong?
Sorry for trouble.

Hi!
Currently you can move the items between sections by dragging on the item in front of each item line. We will redo the move action soon, replacing the icon to a more understandable one and allowing move to section via a dropdown menu as well.
With all the best,

Dear Aldo,

As for the 1st comment: agree, quotation marks might be a good solution. We have multiple templates so depending on which you're using you would have Last week's "Plans", Last week's "Objectives", last week's "Upcoming week" etc some of which might sound strange without the quotation marks. Good idea.

As for the 2nd one: do you mean that the header text "This week" should have the dates shown below it either prominently or in smaller script? Or did you mean the calendar dropdown that opens or somewhere else?

Thank you for the feedback and comments, will improve based on that!

Best regards,

Hi,

Thank you for the suggestion. We will take it under consideration. As we just added JIRA tasks import, we are now looking to start importing from multiple other sources as well. Google Calendar might well be one of these, especially as we also look at Google Apps integration for whole company account.

With best regards,

Hi,

Thank you for the feedback. This has been requested a few times and we will be working on it soon. Would you like to see the PDF export more in the web interface or for any weekly e-mail report you get see it as an PDF attachment as well?

With best regards,

Currently we have no privacy option to show the report only to the manager, but we are considering adding it in the future. We'll add the option to show the report to team members of each team soon as well.
